Blanched Peanut Processing Plant is mainly used to process blanched peanut, hazelnut

Processing:

Elevator-Drying-Air Blanching-Picking-Sieving-Vacuum Packing

Main equipment is composed of Continuous Belt Type Roaster, Silo, Air Peanut Blanching Machine, Color sorter, Packing Machine.etc.

Compared with the traditional production line, the line mainly uses Air Peanut Blanching Machine instead of Sand Roller Blanching.

Air Peanut Blanching Machine uses high-pressure air to remove peanut red skin and maintain  the original color of the peanut without damage to the surface.

continuous peanut roasting machine (belt type hot air nut roaster)

This system is a continuous hot air roasting system specially designed for nut products (peanut/almond/cashews etc) featuring single -layer conveyor belt +penetrating hot air circulation technology to achieve automated and efficient roasting.

Air peanut blanching machine 

Air Peanut Blancher Machine used compressed air as the peeling power, replaces the traditional sand roller peeling machine.

The surface of the peeled peanut is not damaged, and the peeling rate is as high as 98%.  The whole blanched peanut rate is also as high as 85% or more.

Air Blanching Machine has no obvious wearing parts.
